Project data: the projects, estimates, line items, and related content you create in the service.
Payment information: when you subscribe, payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we retain only limited billing identifiers needed to manage your subscription.
Usage data: basic technical information such as log data and analytics that help us operate and improve the service.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the service, authenticate your account, process subscription payments, respond to support requests, and improve and secure the product. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service Providers
We share information with trusted providers who help us run the service, including Stripe for payment processing, Neon for database hosting, and Vercel for application hosting and analytics. These providers may process your information only on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
