Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No payment information is required to begin the trial. When the trial ends, you must start a paid subscription to continue accessing your projects and estimates.

Paid access is billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful content, or using it to violate the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the project data, estimates, and other content you create in the service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may modify these Terms. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Estimates and calculations produced in the service are tools to assist your work and are not a substitute for your professional judgment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm to us or others.
